Six modes of comprehensive utilization of biogas

1.”Grain → Pig → Biogas → Grain” model.
That is, feed pigs with grain crop straw and feed, pig manure and urine are put into the pond to produce biogas, biogas is used to cook and light, biogas fertilizer is used to fertilize the field, and biogas liquid is used to feed pigs.

2.”Chicken → Pig → Biogas → Vegetable” model.
That is, build a chicken house on the pigpen to raise chickens, chicken manure falls to feed pigs, build a biogas pool under the pigpen, biogas is used to cook food, and biogas fertilizer is returned to the land to grow vegetables. This model is suitable for farmers near towns, mainly to provide commercial meat, eggs and vegetables to towns. The biggest feature is that it can make full use of time, space and labor to achieve a virtuous cycle of “biogas promoting vegetables, vegetables promoting pigs, and pigs promoting biogas”.

3.”Chicken → Pig → Biogas → Chicken Hatching” model.
That is, chicken manure is fed to pigs, pig manure is put into the pond, biogas is used to hatch chickens, biogas residue is used to raise earthworms, biogas liquid is used to grow green fodder, and earthworms and green fodder are used to feed chickens and pigs. This model uses biogas to hatch chickens, which can reduce costs and is not restricted by the shortage of coal, oil and electricity.

4.”Pig→biogas→fruit” model.
It is suitable for farmers with few fields and many mountains, who mainly plant cash crops and fruit trees. That is, with biogas as a link, it links the development of related industries such as animal husbandry, fruit industry and planting industry. Its basic content is “one pond per household, two pigs per capita per year, and one mu of fruit.” Pig manure is put into the pond to produce gas, biogas is used for cooking utensils and lighting, biogas liquid is used to feed pigs, and biogas fertilizer is used for fruit trees. Biogas liquid is used as an additive to feed pigs, which increases weight quickly and saves 1/5 of feed; fruit trees that are applied with biogas fertilizer can grow 5 to 10 more branches, and their drought resistance, cold resistance and disease resistance are enhanced, and the quality of fruit is improved by 1 to 2 levels.

5.”Pig→biogas→fish” model.
It is suitable for professional households in animal husbandry and aquaculture. Use biogas slurry and part of animal manure to raise fish, return pond mud to the field as fertilizer, and use biogas to light lamps to attract moths and kill insects to feed fish.

6.”Pig→biogas→mushroom” model.
That is, pig manure is put into the pond to produce gas, biogas residue is used to cultivate edible fungi, fungus residue is used as fertilizer in the field, and biogas slurry is used to feed pigs. This model is suitable for economically underdeveloped areas. Biogas residue is sterilized by anaerobically in the biogas digester, and there are no feces and insects. Using biogas residue as culture medium has a low possibility of contamination by miscellaneous bacteria.
