This type of biogas equipment was developed by our company in 2008, specifically for the Chinese government’s bid for the project of developing household biogas in rural areas to optimize the rural living environment. It is based on the operating principle of traditional biogas but is more convenient and quicker with lower technical difficulty requirements. Therefore, it can be recognized by the government in Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, and built on a large scale in a short period of time. In the few years from 2008 to 2012, our company produced and installed more than 50,000 biogas equipment for farmers.

1.Site selection for biogas pond
Try to choose a place facing the sun, and out of the wind, of low underwater level, and of soft soil conditions. Try to avoid building the pit near cliffs or slopes, and keep it at a distance of 20m from the kitche.
2.Prepare civil material for building cement biogas pond
3.Dig hole on the ground according to the size of pit.Pit on the Ground (suitable for places of hard geologic structure); pit in the ground and pit semi-buried in the ground (suitable for places of soft geologic structure)
4.Building the biogas main pit ,feed inlet and outlet chamber according to the drawings.(120mm wall for underground pit,240mm wall for above pit.)
5.Brushing cement for inner and outer pit.
6.Inner of main biogas pit.(Install the feed inlet and outlet PVC pipe into the wall of main biogas pit according to the drawings during building pit.)
7.Feed inlet chamber with slope.

9.Cleaning the Pit:
Clean out the U-PVC pipe and the pit (having it aired for 2-5 days until the cement curdles), especially these sharp things, before install the biogas digester, in case that it is pierced by them.

Put unused foam, dry soft grass, sand on, etc. the pit bottom or its walls up to at least 2cm in depth. as insulated and heat retaining material.
Unfold the biogas reactor in the pit with biogas vent above (Note: keep it off sharp things, in case it is scraped).
11.Connecting oversleeve of biogas digester with feed inlet and outlet PVC pipe by using of big clamp.
12.Connecting biogas reactor with feed inlet and outlet pipe.
13.Connecting air outlet with biogas main pipe.
14.Hang up the gas outlet up like the photo.
15.Connect main biogas pipe with water separator as above.
16.Install biogas safety below the water separator. The distance from biogas safety to water separator no less than 1m.
17.Install biogas purifier in the kitch's wall.
18.Install the biogas pump before biogas stove but after biogas purifier.
19.Install the biogas stove after biogas pump.
20.Install biogas rice cooker after biogas stove.
