Introduction of rectangular home biogas digester

The horizontal soft biogas digester is a household biogas digester designed by our company at the beginning of its establishment, which is specially designed for the Chinese government to develop rural new energy construction. Its biggest advantage is that it can be folded, convenient for transportation, quick to install and easy to use.

Compared with the traditional brick-concrete biogas digester, it is more suitable for the construction and development of household biogas in rural areas. After installation, use and feedback from more than 30,000 users, the service life of the soft biogas digester is 2-3 years higher than that of the traditional biogas digester on average. Because the design of the digester is a rectangular parallelepiped, it makes it more convenient to load and unload materials, and can regularly remove the sediment in the biogas digester to reduce the organic load of the biogas digester, reduce the formation of crusts, and thus increase the gas production and use efficiency of biogas.

 

In addition, the construction technology requirements of the entire biogas digester are relatively low, so it can be quickly promoted and constructed on a large scale. In addition, its soft membrane design fundamentally solves the problem of cracks, water leakage and gas leakage in traditional biogas digesters.

The single volume of this biogas digester can range from 2 to 50 cubic meters. For users who require a larger single volume, soft floating cover biogas digesters or enameled steel plate biogas digesters are used.

Change waste to energy

For a 4 cbm biogas system,it will digest about 50-80kgs(133lb) food waste or any other manure waste such as cows,sheeps,pigs,chickens’ manure waste,some vegetable waste per day.You can use biogas for cooking meals for 2-3 persons per day or generate electricity.

The biogas slurry after fermentation can be used as organic fertilizer.

3 ways of installation for optional —WLY bio-methane tank

SIMPLE WAY INSTALLATION:
The system can be installed inside a trench, meaning that it will be partially covered by the ground.

ECONOMICAL WAY INSTALLATION:
Only needs fermentation mixture pond and bottom slurry pond: The DIGESTER is 0.5m height buried in the ground.

BEST WAY INSTALLAION:
Better for feeding and discharging:The digester is buried 0.5m height and have to build feed inlet and outlet chamber.

 

 

HOW IS THE BIOGAS DIGESTER OPERATING?!

1.The fermenting mix(manure,sewage,some other waste mix etc.) enters into the feed inlet by the conical inlet orifice.
2.The fermenting mix will enter into the biogas reactor by the feed pipe automatically.
3.All the fermenting mix will stay in the biogas reactor on the condition of anaerobic to ferment. The various organic microorganisms will produce biogas . Because the biogas’ water insoluble, it will go up to the room which is for collecting biogas from bottom of reactor in the form of bubbles . (Therefore, the air tightness of the biogas reactor is very important.)
4.After about 7—15 days, the whole process of producing biogas completed. The remaining matters are biogas liquid and biogas solid, which is called biogas waste. It will enter into feed outlet by the feed outlet pipe.
5.Open the discharge valve,the biogas waste will flow out of feed outlet automatically.
6.Some of biogas liquid can be reused to ferment again. The other will be good organic fertilizer for plants .
7.The biogas will enter into the biogas-guide tube.
8.Biogas safety equipment: Its main function is to release some biogas to ease pressure of the biogas when the pressure is too big.Therefore,people won’t worry explosion of reactor.
9.Air-water separator:It gets rid of the water in the biogas.
10.Biogas devulcanizer:It gets rid of the H2S in the biogas.
11.Biogas pump: It pressurizes the biogas when its pressure is low. It can assure that the biogas appliances run constantly and stably.
