The shell material of the gas pump is a special material made by us after many experiments and combined with the data information of early users. This material has the characteristics of anti-aging, high temperature resistance, flame retardancy and corrosion resistance due to the special addition of nylon glass fiber mesh and flame retardant. Another key quality factor of a pump is whether the air tightness is good, after all, gas is a dangerous gas. For this reason, we have made many improvements and customized the one-piece pump shell to ensure the air tightness.
Flow rate and pressure are directly related to the effect of the user’s use of the air pump. Therefore, we will test each step in the production process and strictly control each production link to ensure accurate flow rate and pressure values. The finished products will be fully tested first, and then 2-3 of them will be randomly inspected for 24-hour operation to ensure that the operation effect of this batch of goods meets the production standards.
