Introduction of Garden Vertical Home Biogas System
Prefabricated vertical biogas digesters are mainly composed of a bracket soft biogas bag and an external steel plate protection device. This design is mainly designed for areas such as Africa, India, and Southeast Asia where the cost of building cement pools is too high. It is based on the horizontal soft biogas digester and has the advantages of being foldable and small in size for convenient long-distance transportation. In addition, its steel pipe bracket design does not require the construction of a cement pool, which greatly shortens the time for building a biogas digester. It only takes 0.5 days to install a 2 cubic biogas digester.
In addition, it occupies a small area, has a beautiful appearance, a solid and stable structure, and is convenient for loading and unloading. It is the best choice for household biogas digesters.
We provide you with 2000L-16000L for users to choose from, and also specially designed an insulation shell for use in some areas where the winter temperature is below -5℃-15℃. (However, due to economic cost issues, we will not configure heating equipment for any household biogas digester. Therefore, if the winter temperature is particularly low in the country, we should try to build and choose a single enamel assembled tank biogas generator with a volume greater than 50 cubic meters.

Change waste to energy
For a 4 cbm biogas system,it will digest about 50-80kgs(133lb) food waste or any other manure waste such as cows,sheeps,pigs,chickens’ manure waste,some vegetable waste per day.You can use biogas for cooking meals for 2-3 persons per day or generate electricity.
The biogas slurry after fermentation can be used as organic fertilizer.

SIMPLE WAY INSTALLATION:
The system can be installed inside a trench, meaning that it will be partially covered by the ground.
ECONOMICAL WAY INSTALLATION:
Only needs fermentation mixture pond and bottom slurry pond: The DIGESTER is 0.5m height buried in the ground.
BEST WAY INSTALLAION:
Better for feeding and discharging:The digester is buried 0.5m height and have to build feed inlet and outlet chamber.
HOW IS THE BIOGAS DIGESTER OPERATING?!
1.Feeding mixture:Please prepare fermentation mixture(the suitable concentration is:10-20%),it can be all kinds of manure waste such as cows’ ,sheep’s,pigs’,chicken’s or human manure waste,waste vegetables,food waste,straw powder,etc.
2.Adding fermentation mixture into the feed inlet chamber,it will enter into biogas digester via PVC feed inlet pipe.
3.After 3-7 days (temperature:20-35 degrees),the biogas will come out from top of biogas digester and enter into
biogas pipe.
4.Biogas safety:it is for release the pressure of biogas digester when the pressure in the digester is over 3kpa.It can be customized.
5.Biogas water separator:It is for getting rid of water in the biogas for making use biogas well.If you don’t use it,the biogas pump,biogas stove or biogas generator maybe damaged very easily.
6.Biogas purifier(biogas desulfurizer):it is for getting rid of H2S in the biogas.If you don’t have it,the biogas can’t use.
7.Biogas pump:It is for optional.It can pressure biogas for biogas stove,biogas generator.If you will use biogas to generate electricity,the biogas pump is needed.
8.Biogas pipe:our normal size of biogas pipe is 10-16mm diameter for optional.
