
1.Introduction:
This product uses its complicated welding tank installation process and concrete pouring process to produce assembled tanks in factories, simplify the assembled tank process, reduce the investment cost, and do not need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources. All processing is completed in factories. The cost investment of assembled tank construction sewage and biogas treatment projects is a very important factor. The standard of advanced water treatment technology should be sewage treatment technology that is suitable for my country’s national conditions, high efficiency, low consumption, and low cost. However, the reinforced concrete tanks and steel structure tanks commonly used in sewage treatment projects in my country do not have this feature. The steel-concrete tank has a complex construction process, a long cycle, cumbersome structural design, and high cost. It is not suitable for small and medium-sized assembled tank sewage treatment projects; and the steel structure welded tank is welded on site, the construction quality is difficult to guarantee, and the anti-corrosion performance is poor, the service life is short, and the tank capacity is small; the above two reactors have certain limitations. A certain degree of standardized design, equipment, systematization, and standardization of assembled tank sewage treatment is an effective means to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Since the 1970s, advanced countries such as Germany, France, and the Czech Republic have adopted new equipment, new materials, and new processes to design and build urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment projects. Assembled tank technology is one of them. Steel plates are assembled into reactors with a volume of 50-10000m3 through special technology and equipment. Through decades of engineering verification, enamel coating can not only prevent tank corrosion, but also has the function of resisting strong acids and strong alkalis. It also has strong wear resistance, is not easy to deform, has strong seismic resistance, impact resistance, beautiful appearance, short construction period, low cost, and can be expanded and relocated, so that the sewage plant can achieve the goals of less investment in assembled tanks, quick production of assembled tanks, and relocation of assembled tanks.

Enamel assembled tanks are assembled with enameled steel plates, sealing materials, high-strength self-locking bolts, etc. Enameled steel plates are made of special enamel steel plates. The common steel plate thickness is 3~12mm, and the enamel coating thickness is 0.2-0.45m. The surface of the steel plate is first treated with pre-treatment processes such as degreasing, rust removal, and grinding to clean the surface of the steel plate. Then, it is sintered at 900℃ in an electric furnace for secondary enamel sintering, and a 0.3mm thick enamel coating is applied on both the inside and outside of the steel plate. There is a strong bonding force between the enamel coating and the steel plate. The enameled steel plate uses high-quality steel plate as the base material and inorganic non-metallic material enamel is sintered at high temperature. It is a composite material formed by the formation of a tight chemical bond between the two, and is a perfect combination of metal and inorganic materials. It has both the flexibility of the steel plate and the characteristics of the inorganic enamel layer, such as super acid and alkali resistance, durability, non-flammability, safety, and environmental protection.
2.Enamelized Tanks Technology

The enamel assembly technology uses tank materials made of high-tech, and is finally formed in a fast and low-cost on-site assembly method to form a complete set of anaerobic reactor equipment, so that the main device of the biogas engineering equipment has advanced technology, reasonable configuration, excellent performance, good corrosion resistance, convenient maintenance, and beautiful appearance. The tank material is assembled by bolting with prefabricated steel plates with high corrosion resistance, and special sealing materials are added at the bolting points to prevent leakage. The protective layer formed by this prefabricated steel plate can not only prevent the corrosion of the tank, but also has the function of acid and alkali resistance.
3.Physical properties
Enameled steel plate is made by firing two layers of highly inert glaze on both sides of the enameled steel plate at high temperature. As shown in the figure, the blue is the bottom glaze layer, the green is the top glaze layer, and the middle is the alloy steel plate for enameling.

Coating color: The standard color is dark green, or according to user requirements.
Coating thickness: 0.25~0.45mm, double-sided coating.
Acid and alkali resistance: The applicable pH value of standard coating is: 3~11.
The applicable pH value of special coating is: 1~14.
Adhesion: 3,450 N/cm
Elasticity: The same as the coated steel plate, about 500 kN/mm
Hardness: 6.0 (using Mohs hardness tester)
Service life: ≥30 years
