It is made of glass fused to steel plate, special sealing material, self-locking screw and other materials. The thickness of enamel steel plate can reach to 20 mm, the most used steel plate thickness is 3~10 mm, steel plate has surface oil, contain rust, contain oxide skin, after shot blasting, sand and other pretreatment process, the steel plate surface will be clean. After 900 ℃ high temperature second enamelingl in electric furnace, 0.3 mm enamel coating is applied on both sides of steel plate. strong binding force between enamel coating and steel plate. Enamel coating can not only prevent tank corrosion, but also has the function of strong acid and alkali resistance. And has extremely strong wear resistance.
Please use C15 cement to build the height of 100mm cushion as the left photo before placing rebar.
Install the bottom layer of enamel steel tank as above photo .
The inner edge of the biogas tank base needs to be filled and sealed with special sealant
Connect each enamel steel plate with bolts and seal the bolt connection tightly with sealant
Drill holes at the designated steel plate according to the drawing for installing the feed pipe
Connect the fermentation raw material feeding pipe to this flange
Install insulation cotton and insulation color steel on the outside of the biogas fermentation tank
After finished placing rebar, please pouring the required concrete cement as NO. S130BP16 description.
Pour cement into the base of the fermentation tank and seal it tightly
Seal the inside of the base of the biogas fermentation tank with sealant and then pour a layer of cement for secondary sealing
Install some support brackets inside the biogas tank
Install the flange onto the previously drilled hole with bolts
Install the circular bracket on the top edge inside the biogas tank
Finally, install the top cover of the biogas tank, maintenance platform, and external facilities such as personnel ladder
